Culinary spring awakening on the Tschögglberg

Enjoy delicious food and do some good

The temperatures are getting milder, the days are getting longer and nature is awakening from its winter slumber. When the first plants poke their tender heads out of the ground, the birds chirp happily again and the last snow gives way to the warm rays of sunshine, then it's time for a very special culinary experience: The culinary spring awakening on the Tschögglberg.

Enjoy locally and seasonally
For around two weeks, the participating inns offer the finest local and seasonal delicacies - from aromatic wild herbs and fresh asparagus to farm-raised meat. It's not just the flowers that blossom, but also the taste buds! And you can also do some good at the same time. Part of the proceeds from the delicious spring dishes are donated to charitable organisations.

Hospitality with a heart

Enjoying and doing good

Our participating restaurateurs don't just want to conjure up the finest culinary delicacies on your spring plate. They have also decided to help people who are less fortunate. That's why, once again this year, € 1 per guest will be donated to charitable organizations. In 2025, this has already raised an impressive € 4,050! So, come by, enjoy the culinary spring awakening, and support the following associations at the same time:

The Multiple Sclerosis Association of South Tyrol is available to patients, relatives, specialists, volunteers, and interested parties for questions about the disease. Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a chronic autoimmune disease of the central nervous system: the immune system attacks the insulating layer of the nerve fibers. Inflammation occurs in the brain, optic nerves, or spinal cord, which heals with scarring and leaves behind corresponding functional disorders. Nerve sheaths (myelin sheaths) and nerve fibers (axons) are damaged, so that nerve impulses are transmitted less effectively or not at all. A wide range of services helps people living with MS. From counseling and therapies to support with commissions, we offer our members help where it is needed.

Since 1998, the Peter Pan Association has been supporting and accompanying children and young people with cancer as well as their families on their journey through the disease. For the family, this means great uncertainty and enormous changes in everyday life. Cancer requires complex therapies and long hospital stays, often far from home. This experience is a real “break” with previous psychological and physical well-being. Family life is severely affected as a result, and almost always one parent is unable to work due to the intensive care required by the sick child. The association aims to support affected families with expert advice and information, providing financial assistance and psychological support where necessary.
