All Südtirol Guest Passes for Jenesien and South Tyrol are personal and non-transferable. Here in the holiday region around Jenesien, overnight guests are offered the Bolzano Bozen Card or Bolzano Bozen Card Mobility as a special inclusive benefit free of charge by the participating accommodation provider from the 6th year of age. The provision is carried out by email at check-in or pre-check-in - the following formats are valid: mobile website, wallet, PDF (digital or print). Both cards must be scanned and validated at the start of every journey in public transport. The transport of bikes and animals is not included. For the additional Bolzano Bozen Card services, validation is done via a reader directly with the respective service provider. For the bonus partners, presenting the card is sufficient. The Bolzano Bozen Card and Bolzano Bozen Card Mobility are bound to the name and the duration of stay and are valid from 00:00 on the day of arrival until 23:59 on the day of departure.

Bus line 156 takes you from Jenesien to Bozen every hour during the day – perfect for a shopping trip or city tour without the hassle of parking! With line 157 and other connections, you can easily explore the Tschögglberg high plateau without a car, discover new hiking trails, and even reach Meran 2000. And with the new hiking bus route 158, available exclusively in September and October, you can also reach Nobls and Glaning with ease - for example for the "Törggelen" during the Chestnut weeks. All of that free of charge with the Südtirol Guest Pass!

Guide dogs and small pets that can be held in your arms or transported in a carrier (max. 70 x 30 x 50 cm) travel for free. All other animals require a single ticket or a purchased Mobilcard Junior. Medium and large dogs must wear a muzzle and be kept on a leash.

If you take a bicycle on board, you’ll need a day ticket for bicycle transport or a single ticket. For routes over 40 kilometres, the day ticket is the most economical option and must be validated for each journey.

Südtirol Guest Pass: All guests aged 6 and up receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass at participating accommodations at check-in or pre-check-in by e-mail.
Mobilcard: Children ride for free until the day before their 6th birthday. From their 6th birthday until the day before their 14th birthday, they can use the discounted Mobilcard Junior.
