Before the tour, the weather forecast should be checked and a repair kit should be carried for possible breakdowns.

    Roadbook

The cycling tour starts at the main square in Auer and follows Hilbweg to St. Peterweg. The cycle route then turns left onto Palainweg, passing through green apple orchards to a small bridge. After crossing the bridge, continue left to the Adige bridge. Cross it as well and follow the road for about 200 metres. At the junction for Gmund/Klughammer, turn right and continue along the road. The route passes a military area and beautiful orchards before reaching the shore of Lake Caldaro at Klughammer. Once at the lake, follow the signs for the “Lake Circuit”, which loops around the lake and returns to Auer along the same route.
