Mölten
Surrounded by larch and alpine meadows, the alpine restaurant "Lanzenschuster" is located on the northern side of the plateau Salten, above the small village Flaas. On the Lanzenschusterhof the motto is home-made : hearty appetizers with alpine wild plants, fine specialties of ox meet traditional South Tyrolean cuisine. You can find Lanzenschuster through walking along the European long distance hiking trail (E5) and hiking path 17 A (30 minutes).

To the Restaurant Lanzenschuster you arrive following first at all path no. 4, starting at Mölten. On this way you will arrive at the car park Schermoos, where you take path no. 5 to the Oberfahrerhof. From here you arrive along path 8A at the Restaurant Lanzenschuster. If you want to return you have to take the same way you arrived on. If you want to you could make a small detour to the natural pond "Farer weiher" which lies 5 minutes above the parkingplace Schermoos (follow E5).

Directions
By car from the Brenner Pass, take the A22 motorway to the Bolzano Sud exit, then take the MEBO expressway in the direction of Meran until the Terlan exit. From there, take the mountain road to Mölten.
