Our tour to Bolzano starts in Kurtatsch a.d.W. Through the orchards, we first cycle to Laag, where we join the paved Adige Cycle Path to Bolzano. At Walther Square, you can enjoy the sun and relax with a drink before continuing along the Überetsch Cycle Path (the former railway line) to Eppan and Kaltern. Along the way, you may wish to visit the Messner Mountain Museum in Frangart (exit at Frangart). From Kaltern, the route continues through Lavasontal to Lake Caldaro and Tramin a.d.W. From Tramin a.d.W., a narrow panoramic road via Rungg leads back to Kurtatsch a.d.W.

    • A walk through the historic centre of Bolzano is worthwhile to discover the arcades, squares and sights of the city.
    • A stop at Lake Kaltern offers the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful landscape and take a relaxing break.
