Peter Mittelberger, together with his brothers Markus and Konrad, founded the family business in 1960 based on craftsmanship, tradition and the latest knowledge.

An essential part of the company philosophy of the Mittelberg Fassbinderei is to take over the used oak wood itself in the forest, in order to guarantee the timber origin and thus to pass safety and continuity to the customers. Security and continuity are also of great importance to the Volksbank.
