- Select the column and socket you want to use in the app
- Plug the cable into your car (Quick: first plug the connector in on the car side and then on the column side)
- Start charging in the app by clicking on the start arrow
- Check on the display that charging is in progress and check that the LED light on the station is blue
- To finish the charging session, select the column and the socket in the app, then finish charging
- Unplug the cable (Quick: column side first and then car side)
With an rfid card
- Start charging by placing your rfid card on the station reader
- Plug the cable into your car
- Check on the display that charging is in progress and check that the LED light on the station is blue
- To finish the charging session, place your rfid card on the reader again, thus finishing charging
- Unplug the cable
With direct payment
- Scan the qrcode on the station and set the charging information
- Plug the cable into your car
- Start charging from your smartphone by clicking the arrow
- Check on the display that charging is in progress and check that the LED light on the station is blue
- Wait for the set charge to finish or follow the instructions on your email to finish charging
- Unplug the cable
Staying at charging stations after charging
If a vehicle is connected to a charging point for more than 60 min. after the end of charging, Neogy will apply the following penalties for each minute after the sixtieth.
