The hiking trail passes the Perdonig chapel at the dwarf school and the Gasthof Wieser. The No. 8 Gaid soon branches off to the right from the forest road (possibly a detour to the Wolfsgrube), the path leads downhill to the access road to Gaid, which is reached in ¾ hour.
