Startpunkt der Wanderung ist im Dorfkern von St. Michael/Eppan. Über den Kreuzweg (Markierung 8B) führt die Tour vorbeian der Burg Freudenstein hinauf nach Eppan Berg. Vor Kreuzstein rechts ab auf Weg Nr. 8A zum Burgenweg und auf diesemhinaus zum Burgendreieck. Vorbei am Schloss Boymont geht es in Richtung Norden zum Schloss Hocheppan. Von hier weiterauf Markierung 12 bis Perdonig. Gleich oberhalb vom Kasererhof links abbiegen und auf der Forststraße (Markierung 8) inleichtem auf und ab zurück nach Eppan. Vom Steinegger links ab und hinunter zum Schloss Schulthaus. Entlang derFurglauerbachs geht es zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
