Die Laufstrecke mit Start bei der Bezirkssportanlage folgt dem Trimm dich Pfad bis sie in den Friedensweg mündet. Erster Forstweg Lx für 50m nun scharf Rx einen Waldweg folgen ,leicht abwärts, auf den Kardatscherweg bis zu einer Bank, hier Rx kurz hinauf auf einen Forstweg. Diesen folgen wir 700 Meter. Scharf LX beginnen nun (Telegrafenmast) 11 kurze Wendungen und kommt an einem Wasserspeicher wieder auf einen Forstweg (Friedensweg) Richtung Kaltern. Bei einer Weggabelung rx zu einem weitern Weiher Lx davon in einen Steig weiter zum forstweg und Rx haltend aufwärts bis hinter den Bezirksportanlagen und in einer Schleife am letzten Weiher vorbei zum Parkplatz.
