From the starting point, you cycle on the cycle path towards Bolzano. You follow it until you reach Sigmundskron. There you leave the cycle path and ride briefly along the road until you reach the Adige River. From there, take the cycle path that leads along the Adige to Lana.
Upon arriving in Lana, you cross the expressway "MEBO" and the Adige River and ride past the parish church of Lana towards Nals. From there, you follow the path towards Andrian and then continue to Unterrain. Passing the golf course, you ride to Sigmundskron. There you follow the cycle path until you reach the starting point again.
