Europe’s tallest and most perfectly shaped earth pyramids are to be found on the Renon mountain in several locations: in the gorge of the Finsterbach creek between Longomoso and Monte di Mezzo, in the Katzenbach-creek gorge below Soprabolzano, and in the gorge of Gasters in Auna di Sotto.
Tour points: earth pyramids, magnificent Dolomite panorama, Commandery Lengmoos/Longomoso.

In Bozen startet alle 4 Minuten eine Gondel der Rittner Seilbahn. Nach einer Panoramafahrt von 12 Minuten erreichen Sie Oberbozen, wo die Rittner Schmalspurbahn startet. Abfahrten von 9:36 bis 18:36 Uhr jede halbe Stunde, morgens und abends Stundentakt. Nach einer Fahrt von 18 Minuten durch Wiesen und Wälder mit einem wunderbarem Blick auf die Dolomiten erreichen Sie den Bahnhof Klobenstein wo der Weg 24 zu den Erdpyramiden beginnt.
Oder vom Busbahnhof Bozen mit dem Bus 165 bis nach Lengmoos, Haltestelle „Plattl“ fahren und dann auf dem Fußweg 24 ins Erdpyramidental.
Mit dem Auto von Bozen ca. 20 km bis nach Lengmoos (Parkplatz).
