From the town hall square to the festival square, Söllerstraße, turn right after the Winzerhof Hotel onto a vineyard path and follow the nature experience trail (11+11 A) to Lake Caldaro. At the Seeleitenhof Hotel turn left and follow the signs to the "Rastenbachklamm". This is a varied hike over paths, stairs, platforms, bridges and past waterfalls and a stream, through the romantically wild gorge up to Altenburg. Also worth seeing on the way is the St. Peter ruins just before Altenburg. Return via Altenburg, the Panorama path and Roman path (11) to the Söll fire station and from the Plattenhof Hotel again via the nature experience trail down to Tramin.

Coming via the motorway to the Neumarkt-Tramin exit. From there turn right following the signs for about 4 km to Tramin.Coming from Bolzano via the South Tyrolean Wine Road to Tramin.
