The Kneipp Trail invites you to experience nature, movement, and relax in a truly special way. Along the approximately 1.2-kilometre forest path between Tann and Bad Siess, you immerse yourself in the holistic health philosophy of Sebastian Kneipp.
Along the route, you will discover the five pillars of the Kneipp philosophy: water, movement, nutrition, herbs, and balanced living.
Here, you will find a place of peace and tranquillity – far away from noise and everyday stress. Leave your routine behind, take a deep breath, and take time for yourself. Step by step, you will not only feel closer to nature, but also to yourself.

Author’s recommendation
Take your time and enjoy your walk. If possible, walk barefoot, feel the forest floor beneath your feet, and leave your smartphone in your pocket.
Breathe deeply, listen to the birds, and enjoy the moment – this is how the Kneipp Trail unfolds its full effect.

Roadbook
The Kneipp Trail leads along the forest trail (no. 27) into the wood and, after 400 m, branches off to the right onto trail no. 8. From here, you enter a peaceful forest landscape. The well-signposted path leads you comfortably through the forest and past several stations that introduce you to Sebastian Kneipp’s philosophy. Most of the route runs along flat, natural paths, and you can choose your own pace according to how you feel. The return follows the same route as the outward journey.
