The running trail follows the Trimm-dich-Pfad, to then join the Sentiero della Pace. At the start, follow the forest track to the left for 50 m. Then take a sharp right uphill on a forest road on a gentle incline to the Kardatscherweg until you reach a bench. Take a right uphill on a forest track and follow it for 700 m. Take a sharp left (telegraph pole) for 11 short bends. At the water reservoir continue on another forest track (the Sentiero della Pace) towards Caldaro. At a crossroads, take a right to another small pond, then cross a wooden bridge to the left to the forest track and then continue uphill right until you reach the sport facility. Then walk by the last small pond in a figure-of-eight motion to the car park.
TIP: This varied running trail in the forest will lead you by three small ponds. This is where the Caldaro Spring Cross takes place.
